Storage and Uses
Can be refrigerated for about 2 weeks. Do not keep them at room temperature for more than 2 days as moisture content causes them to mold. Spring onions can can be eaten raw. They can be chopped and added to salads too. Used as a seasoning in curries, pakodas and several other snacks.
