Yes, you can place orders for multiple cities as long as the order is from local store in that particular city.


My Account is the section you reach after you log in at My Account allows you to track your active orders, reward points, cashback, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

Credit notes reflect the amount of money that you have pending in your Mera Local Store account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in "My Account" under My Wallet section.

My Wish List is a comprehensive list of all the items that you would like to save for future purchases. This enables you to shop quickly and easily next time you visit our website. You can also use this list to shop for your regular items. You can add items to your Wish List by clicking on heart symbol (♥) near the product details

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep or at store pickup.

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your Mera Local Store account as store credit under my wallet section of customer dashboard. You can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account or credit card please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back accordingly.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery and payment methods. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any voucher/coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be discounted from your invoice value.

The Mera Local Store wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your Mera Local Store account. This prepaid account allows you to add money to your Mera Local Store account and then shop and pay directly from the wallet. Any money refunded or earned through cashback will be credited to your account wallet.


Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select a delivery method. If you chose home delivery, then your order will be delivered to you on the same day. If the local store you shopped from are unable to deliver the order (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations) the store will get in touch and update you. If you chose to pick up your order from your local store, you will receive a SMS confirmation when your order is ready to collect from the local store.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are selectively picked. We also ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on "My Account" at the top right hand corner and go to the "Update My Profile" section to change your delivery address. For any active orders, please contact the local store where you placed the order for changing the address.

Deliveries are conducted by local stores. Some local stores will deliver the shopping for free for local area, some will charge a fixed fee or some will have minimum order for free delivery. You can see the delivery charges at the time out checkout.

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before checkout.

In case of a delay, the local store will inform you and/or send you an SMS update regarding your delivery.

This will depend on the local store you choose to shop with.

We expect that all the local stores to process the order on the same day if ordered before 12 noon. Any orders placed after 12 noon depends on your local store’s discretion to deliver it on same day or not. Please contact your local store for exact time and date of delivery if needed. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.


Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact your local store for any modification of order.

No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible. Your local store is responsible for ensuring the stock levels are updated and correct.

You need to login to your account on website then go to “My Orders” and select the order.

You will receive a notification about unavailable items before the delivery of your order. You can negotiate with your local store whether to replace the product with similar one or receive credit on your online wallet.

As a general rule, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once placed. You may choose to cancel your order only within one-minute of the order being placed by you. However, subject to your previous cancellation history, Mera Local Store reserves the right to deny any refund to you according to a cancellation initiated by you even if the same is within one-minute.

In case you are not satisfied with a product received, please contact your local store for refund or replacement. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

The amount will be refunded to your Mera Local Store account wallet to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. In case of you want the money to be refunded back to your card, the money will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.  Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

No, there is no expiry date on the reward amount. Once the money is credited to your Mera Local Store wallet, it stays there till its used.
